You must get rid of the dirt bike fender. The seat is harder than the stock seat and took a little getting used to. FZ1's can be modified with R1 suspensions for track. I've owned other brands, Ducati, Honda, BMW, etc., but the FZ1 just might be the "keeper" I've been looking for. The gel seat discomfort is bearable.
